I was approached by Walkthrough to help design and manage their software products while in the TechStars Boulder program. I immediately jumped on board because I was excited to be a part of a fast growing tech startup. Currently, we are working on the first version of a new SaaS product that will allow anyone to order services for real estate with their smart phone. This includes things like 3D video tours, cleaning services, photography, and handyman services.
Overview Imagine you are a realtor who has to coordinate logistics for every listing including managing the photographers, the cleaners, the inspectors, and so on- every single time. Walkthrough is a tool & marketplace to order services related to listing a property. We take the pain out of finding the right people for the right job.
Objectives - Research the current market for real estate services, interview photographers and realtors in the field to identify pain points and build user personas. - Explore possible solutions for identified needs. - Validate ideas through user testing and prototypes. - Implement a design solution for photographers and realtors that best meets their needs and solves pain points.
